Επιχειρησιακά- Work under the supervision of the EUAA Field Coordinator and contribute to the overall management of the EUAA Operation under responsibility; The tasks may focus on asylum and/or reception operations
- Coordinate the day-to-day management of the operation, including planning, implementation, assessment of needs, staff management, problem-solving
- Provide support in managing contacts, in implementation of the instructions of EUAA at central level
- Liaise and network with internal and external stakeholders, e.g. other European and International institutions, NGOs, national authorities and others
- Provide support to field operations in other locations than the duty station, as requested
- Perform frequent missions for the performance of the tasks, as requested
- Attend and/or organize regular meetings with stakeholders at national or local level, as requested
- Be available to participate in missions, as per the operational needs of EUAA
- Participate in trainings organised by EUAA or other stakeholders at national or local level, as requested
- Provide regular analytical reports and statistics of provided services and challenges
- Draft documents, templates, minutes and reports
- Perform any other tasks in the interest of the service, relevant for the specific profile
