Role Overview: The Casino Assistant holds a key role in supporting the casino team in optimizing and executing the casino operations and campaigns, ensuring top quality across the board in terms of site experience and effective customer journeys.
Through close collaboration with our casino manager, internal creative, development, and marketing teams, the casino assistant is assisting in planning and end-to-end executing campaigns to enhance the customer experience, maximize activity to generate return on investment and increase customer lifetime value
The Casino Assistant will report to the Casino Manager and Head of Product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning & Execution:
- Plan and implement campaigns to achieve business goals and revenue targets for the casino segment
- Analyze market trends and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Work closely with marketing and CRM team to define marketing and CRM strategies for acquisition and retention activities on casino customers
- Operational Management:
- Oversee daily operations of the casino platform, ensuring smooth and efficient running of all casino games and services
- Manage the banners scheduling, game positioning and overall promotions visibility
- Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for optimization and implement improvements
- Monitor the bonus spend budget and ensure campaigns are helping to achieve the overall monthly and quarterly targets
- In cooperation with the casino team and the head of Product Launching new casino games and vendors
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Constant evaluation of campaigns to improve efficiency and ROI
- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and recommend strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred) will be considered a plus.
- Understanding of casino operations, gaming products, and player behavior
- Solid analytical skills and experience with performance metrics and data analysis
- Former relevant experience within the online gaming industry will be considered a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in English; Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
