About the Position
ERMA FIRST ESK Engineering Solutions S.A. is seeking a skilled Service
Coordinator to join our growing global service team. In this role, you will
contribute directly to the success of our service operations and act as the first
point of contact for customers worldwide.
You will manage and coordinate service requests, ensuring excellent customer
support, accuracy in order handling, and timely service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle the full cycle of local and delegated overseas service orders —
from initial inquiry through to quotation, order issuance, invoicing, and
documentation.
• Serve as the primary customer interface via phone and email, providing
high-quality, proactive support.
• Prepare, issue, and monitor service quotations and job orders for all
required service activities.
• Identify and coordinate effective service solutions, including alternative
arrangements when needed based on regional needs.
• Manage reporting and service documentation for each port call.
• Ensure all required data is recorded accurately and promptly in our
systems.
• Maintain strong collaboration with internal departments and external
partners to ensure excellent customer service.
Requirements
• Relevant professional experience in service coordination, preferably in a
technical or maritime environment
• Strong commercial awareness with careful attention to costs, pricing, and
deadlines
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent command of English (written & spoken)
• Proficiency with MS Office and business software systems
