Role Overview:
The Operations Specialist is an integral, hands-on role, ensuring smooth daily operations at Zoia Living properties. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys taking ownership of tasks, and takes pride in ensuring exceptional guest experiences. As we grow, this role will offer the opportunity to contribute to the development and scaling of Zoia Living's operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct apartment inspections to ensure they meet quality standards, comfort, and cleanliness.
- Perform essential operational tasks such as inventory checks, inspections, receiving deliveries, and delivering items (e.g. amenities, supplies) to apartments.
- Assist guests with requests, proactively identifying solutions to ensure a seamless and enjoyable stay.
- Manage apartment viewings, check-ins, and check-outs, ensuring efficient operation of guest arrival and departure processes.
- Handle minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, performing basic repairs (e.g. replacements), and assembling/disassembling furniture as needed.
- Collaborate with team members and departments to streamline operations and improve guest satisfaction.

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability, with a proactive mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Comfort with being on the move and managing tasks across multiple properties daily.
- Valid driver’s license (motorbike preferred). A company vehicle will be provided, or compensation will be offered if using your own vehicle. All necessary tools for the role will be provided.
- Previous experience in operations, hospitality, or property management is a plus but not essential.
