Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Organize and manage orders from initial scheduling (order entry to ERP System) through delivery.
  • After Sales Management.
  • Closely monitor inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock at all times.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, operations, and logistics.
  • Perform regular updates in our order management system, maintaining accuracy of data.
  • Ascertain timely delivery by appropriately scheduling and tracking orders.
  • Proactively resolve any issues that could affect customer satisfaction or delay delivery.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to management on order status.

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of integrity and honesty.
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Results-oriented and a solution-oriented attitude.

Education and Training Requirements: A university degree would be an advantage. Proficient in English - written and oral communication. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and order management software. Most important is the right temperament and attention to customer service that benefits our community, and our company accordingly.
