Starting with the role:

Currently we are searching to hire a Business Development & Tendering Officer, to join our team at OFC TECHNICAL S.A, a subsidiary of OFC, which will be responsible to coordinate and manage strategic tender submissions in alignment with Group-wide collaborations, ensuring competitive, compliant, and well-structured offers for key AIA infrastructure packages.

During your day you will:

• Monitor and manage all upcoming tenders, particularly from the AIA (Athens International Airport), aligning with internal strategic goals
• Coordinate with MOH Group companies and joint venture partners to gather input, technical solutions, and commercial terms for joint submissions
• Handle the preparation of Expressions of Interest (EOIs), Prequalification Questionnaires (PQQs), and Technical & Commercial Proposals
• Ensure compliance with tender specifications, submission protocols, deadlines, and client requirements
• Organize and lead internal tender review meetings, risk assessments, and solution workshops with relevant technical Teams
• Maintain a central tender tracker and develops a knowledge library of past submissions, pricing models, and market intelligence
• Liaise with Planning Specialist to incorporate realistic and contract-compliant program elements into tender schedules

What you need to stand out:

• Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Finance or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in managing and submitting technical and commercial tenders
• Tendering and public procurement processes
• Technical and commercial specifications in construction
• Contractual terms and compliance
• Good knowledge of English and Greek
• Market pricing and client requirements (e.g., AIA)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Effective communication and teamwork
• Proposal preparation (EOIs, PQQs, Technical & Commercial)
