Corporate and Commercial Relationship Officer

A reputable international bank operating in Greece is seeking a Corporate and Commercial Relationship Officer to join its Athens Branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of corporate and commercial clients while supporting business development and credit-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate and commercial clients through proactive relationship management and strategic sales initiatives.
• Identify new client opportunities and contribute actively to portfolio expansion.
• Promote and sell banking products and services tailored to corporate clients’ needs.
• Evaluate credit applications and coordinate operational follow-up.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate client records in line with internal policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in banking, preferably in corporate or commercial banking.
• Strong knowledge of banking products and services for business clients.
• Fluency in English and/or Greek is required; Turkish is an asset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and reporting.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and client engagement skills.
• Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and within a team.
• Military service must be completed (for male applicants, where applicable).
