Job Summary:
The Pest Control Technical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing pest control
operations, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and maintaining service
excellence. This role involves supervising technicians, conducting inspections,
troubleshooting complex pest issues, and providing technical guidance to improve service efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Technical Supervision & Compliance:
• Lead and oversee pest control operations, ensuring services meet regulatory and company standards.
• Develop and implement pest management strategies for residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, environmental policies, and industry best practices.
✅ Team Leadership & Training:
• Supervise and mentor pest control technicians, ensuring they adhere to company procedures and safety protocols.
• Conduct regular training sessions on pest identification, treatment methods, and proper chemical handling.
• Monitor technician performance, provide feedback, and support professional
development.
✅ Service Quality & Customer Relations:
• Conduct on-site inspections to assess pest infestations and recommend effective treatment plans.
• Assist in resolving complex pest issues by implementing advanced control methods.
• Address customer concerns and provide expert advice on preventive pest control measures.
✅ Operations & Reporting:
• Maintain accurate service records, reports, and compliance documentation.
• Manage inventory of pest control products and equipment, ensuring availability and proper usage.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to enhance service offerings and client satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Experience: Minimum 3 – preferred 5 years in pest control, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Certification: Licensed or certified in pest control (as per local regulations).
• Technical Knowledge: Expertise in pest identification, treatment techniques, and integrated pest management (IPM).
• Leadership Skills: Ability to train, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to diagnose pest issues and implement solutions.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting and customer interactions.
English is a must, Greek is a plus.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to perform inspections and treatments in various
environments.
• Driving License: A valid driver’s license may be required.
