We are currently seeking for Travel Agents (Ticketing Professionals) to join our Operations Departments.

Your Role

The Travel Agents will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with travel consulting, travel management, travel arrangements, customer service, and making reservations for various travel services (i.e. flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel needs). They will also be accountable for providing expert guidance to clients and creating personalized travel itineraries while ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business or related field
• Experience in making travel reservations and coordinating travel arrangements
• Knowledge of GDS systems, such as Sabre and/or Amadeus
• Attention to detail to ensure all travel plans are accurately booked and documented
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek
