About the Role:
As a Customer Relations Specialist, you will assist the Complaint Officer in ensuring top-tier service standards. Your responsibilities will include investigating complaints, recommending actions, and responding promptly to negative social media posts. You will enhance current systems for better efficiency, identify complaint-related risks, and propose product improvements. 🛠️

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with tasks and projects related to complaint data and handling improvements.
Monitor and maintain data on complaints and social media reviews.
Address and resolve customer concerns promptly to prevent negative reviews.
Respond to emails and chats regarding complaints and escalations.
Track and reply to social media negative reviews.
Collaborate with various teams on high-level projects to enhance the overall experience.
Handle escalations related to social media reviews or internal complaints.
Present and maintain monthly data on complaints and reviews. 📊

Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in a customer service/support role.
Proficient in English (native level preferred), Greek native.
Strong knowledge of customer service practices.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Self-motivated and hands-on with a teamwork mentality.
Fluent in web and digital technologies.
Ability to analyze figures and write reports.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
