Representing a premier travel company, we are in search of a talented Customer Support Supervisor to join their dynamic team. This company, founded in 2015 in Athens, Greece, is redefining the way people travel by providing personalized, in-destination travel experiences 🏖 .

Responsibilities:

  • Enhance customer experience through personalized interactions
  • Monitor and maintain performance metrics to ensure quality service
  • Collaborate with other teams to stay informed about company products and services
  • Provide coaching and training to support team members
  • Manage day-to-day operations and handle escalations effectively

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of customer service experience (tech industry experience preferred)
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel in web and digital technologies, with a natural aptitude for navigating digital platforms
  • Fluent English language skills in oral and written communication, Greek native
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems creatively
