Position Summary:

We are currently looking for a Security Operations Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As a Security Operations Supervisor, reporting to the Security Operations Manager, you will:

• Oversee day-to-day security operations to ensure high-quality performance and timely task fulfillment.
• Deliver training and provide guidance to security people regarding protocols and emergency response plans.
• Develop and implement security protocols and guidelines and ensure adherence to them.
• Conduct regular evaluations of security measures to pinpoint and rectify any potential risks or vulnerabilities in security procedures.
• Investigate security incidents and compile detailed reports along with improvement recommendations.

Your profile:

• At least 5 years of experience in the Security Services field, 3 of them in a supervisory role
• BSc in Business Administration or relevant field will be considered an asset
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Good knowledge of the English language (spoken and written)
• Driver’s license (Category B)
• Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team, having a positive, can-do attitude
• Well-organized
