So what’s the challenge…
Be part of the dynamic Operations Team, as an F&B Specialist! Reporting directly to the Facilities & F&B Team Leader, you'll collaborate with a team of 30 individuals. You will run our Food and Beverage operations, ensuring a superb employee experience
Your day to day will include:
- Monitoring and reporting on F&B operations, including orders, costs, waste, and loyalty benefits
- Proposing events to promote new products and increase purchases and traffic
- Conducting daily inspections to ensure adherence to established procedures, prices, and service quality
- Identifying areas for improvement and suggesting corrective actions to enhance employee satisfaction
- Collaborating with vendors to review findings and implementing changes when necessary
- Monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to F&B
- Providing support for all team tasks, including but not limited to cleaning services
- Monitoring & reporting on Team’s budget
What you need to succeed:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any other related field
- 4+ years of experience in facilities management
- Εxperience in Food and Beverage industry will be considered as an asset
- Knowledge in tendering processes
- Familiarity with OPAP products and operations
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to thrive and deliver results under pressure
- Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office
