We are excited to expand our business and we are currently seeking a Back Office Agent to support our Wholesale operations. You will be responsible for overseeing phone orders, managing orders from Sales Field Representatives, ensuring cash register accuracy, maintaining essential file integrity and coordinating routing logistics based on seasonal demand periods.
The position is based in Iera Odos - Athens.
What you ‘ll do:
- Handle phone orders or customers inquiries and provide customer support (incoming and outgoing calls)
- Involve in coordinating routing logistics based on seasonal demand periods
- Check and agree on daily cash register through reporting from the Invoicing System
- Upload daily receipts to the ERP system
- Manage orders received from Sales Field Representatives and assign to the appropriate delivery route
- Renew files that supply the ERP system
What you ‘ll need:
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Logistics would be considered a plus
- Prior experience in the customer service industry
- Experienced in effectively using technology and systems
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good knowledge of English (written and oral)
- Organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in multitasking and possessing a problem-oriented mindset
- Team-oriented and data-driven mindset
- Problem-oriented approach and strong prioritization skills
