MMC Group Holding, a private holding company, established in 2009 currently is seeking for a dynamic professional to cover the position of Vessel’s Flag Registration Officer in its offices based on Piraeus Greece.

Key responsibilities for this position include:

• Provide high-quality service to clients registering vessels and issuing registration documentation.
• Compile the necessary vessel documents to facilitate registration process of the vessel.
• Advise clients on registration procedures.
• Communicate with clients regarding registration process and status.
• Ensure compliance and conform with the flag registration procedures.
• Maintain the vessel’s registration documentation database.
• Execute weekly and monthly reporting.
• Liaise with other Departments, particularly crew/seaman department, Finance Department, Technical Department etc.,  as well as other companies’ offices worldwide.
• Perform any other tasks requested by the Head of the Department.

To be considered for this position you need to have:

• Three years’ experience in shipping, legal, or quality assurance.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Greek and English (Arabic & French will be an asset)
• Good knowledge of MS Office Suite.
• University degree (preferably in shipping)
