We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Operations Associate to join our team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assist with property management tasks, including conducting property inspections, and coordinating maintenance activities to maintain properties in excellent condition
• Support the procurement by understanding and documenting specifications and by finding the right products and services negotiate prices, manage supplier relationships, and ensure timely delivery
• Run errands to support any ongoing operations or general facility maintenance
• Maintain a highly detailed record of the evolution, details and current status of all assigned tasks
• Meet the given timelines consistently, while addressing any challenges that may arise
• Manage supplier communication in a profession and very timely manner
• Perform other duties as assigned

What you will need:

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, management, operations, or a related field 
• Driving license / excellent driving skills and willingness to drive to perform tasks
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and departments to implement business excellence initiatives successfully
• Excellent knowledge of MS-Office
• Strong oral, written & verbal communication skills in Greek and English
• Previous experience in procurement, property management, or construction-related roles is preferred
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges
