Φαρμακευτικά / ΥγείαContribute to the growth of the company by developing and executing the marketing strategy and by supporting the Commercial Team to understand better the market landscape and dynamics, through the provision of market data and marketing segmentation/targeting actions through all available go to market strategies and models.
RESPONSIBILITY
- Propose and create new market insights and reports to include competition and industry dynamics, both in the public and private sector in the countries covered by SofMedica.
- Communicate closely with customers, the Sales and Business Development, and other functions to initiate new marketing strategies for each Business Unit Group, using client segmentation and targeting.
- Ensure the execution of marketing strategies by managing the deployment of specific planned actions in all countries.
- Consistently evaluate the performance and impact of Marketing and Sales strategies.
- Forge relationships with industry analysts to ascertain relevant research.
- In cooperation with the Business Development Function, develop market evolution hypotheses, anticipate competitive dynamics, and evaluate business impact on the healthcare systems of our region.
- Drive segmentation and targeted market, country and account opportunity prioritization with geographic field sales and commercial leaders.
- Gather and evaluate relevant market and competitor information to review market position and determine threats.
- Design market research proposals and oversee research projects.
- Populate the Company’s CRM and ensure wide usage by the Commercial Team.
- Follow campaign results and reports and review them.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience in marketing intelligence, marketing management or related positions
- 3+ years of managerial positions
- Master's in business, statistics or relevant field of study is a plus
- Solid analytical skills
- Outstanding and proven skills in decision-making, critical thinking and problem-solving
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to develop strong action plans and produce tangible results.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders.
