The candidate will work in a Greek pharmaceutical company of sterile and non-sterile products focused on exports.

Senior IT engineer will be part of the IT department and will be responsible for the smooth running of computer systems.

Individual tasks include but are not limited to:

• operating the software of the ERP and the new serialization system
• interaction with customers and troubleshooting regarding all the potential IT issues;
• installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications;
• monitoring and maintaining all computer systems
• providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports in compliance with the Quality Assurance policies;
• supporting the roll-out of new applications;
• setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues;
• testing and evaluating new technology;

Qualifications:

• Professional experience of at least 2 years, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Bachelor degree in computer sciences or other related field.
• MSc in IT systems will be preferable.
• Fluency in English both written and oral.
