The job holder will act as a key connector between strategy development and execution, the role influences how digital channels, content, and data come together to create meaningful stakeholder interactions. Through close collaboration with cross-functional teams, the Digital Strategy Manager contributes to building a modern, integrated engagement ecosystem that supports innovation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across the organization.
Key Accountabilities
⭐ Strategic Omni/Opti-Channel Enablement
- Contribute to the design and execution of omni/opti-channel engagement frameworks supporting brand and medical strategies.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define customer journeys and engagement models.
- Ensure alignment between digital initiatives and broader commercial and medical objectives.
⭐ Digital Ecosystem & Channel Excellence
- Lead the operational excellence of key digital platforms (email, web, webinars, e-detailing, newsletters, portals, content management tools).
- Ensure consistency, performance, and seamless orchestration across digital touchpoints.
⭐ Data-Driven Performance & Optimization
- Define and monitor key engagement metrics and performance dashboards.
- Translate analytics into actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
- Promote a test-and-learn mindset to continuously enhance digital effectiveness.
⭐ Customer Experience & Journey Design
- Support end-to-end customer journey mapping across stakeholders.
- Identify gaps and opportunities to improve engagement quality and relevance.
⭐ Cross-functional Leadership & Enablement
- Act as a key digital partner for Brand, Medical, Public Affairs & Communication, Compliance, IT, and external agencies.
- Facilitate alignment between digital and hybrid field engagement models.
- Contribute to capability building and adoption of digital ways of working.
