We operate as a key distributor of prime international companies in the Greek & Cypriot market and provide with high tech and reliable products.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Review and modify accounting/financial data for Monthly Reporting Package ensuring accuracy and compliance with Group Accounting Policiesand cost allocation keys.
• Lead the month-end financial closing process, coordinating with Accounting and sales departmentsto ensure reconciliation between management reports and accounting systems.
• Support accounting process and financial statements preparation in close collaboration with accounting department.
• Perform operational and financial trend analysisto support commercial and business development decisions.
• Provide detailed variance analysisand financial forecasting data, offering insights and interpretations to senior management.

Budgeting & Forecasting

• Develop and manage the annual budgetand rolling forecasts in alignment with company guidelines.
• Oversee the regular reportingof financial forecasting data, ensuring clarity in financial planning and business decision-making.

Strategic & Commercial Financial Projects

• Participate in financial projectsof commercial and strategic significance.
• Conduct feasibility studiesfor business and investment plans, supporting top management's strategic initiatives.
• Analyze sales performance metricsand ensure accurate business allocations where necessary.

Process Optimization & Automation

• Identify key improvement areasin financial processes and drive automation initiatives with technical support between core accounting data and ERP systems.
• Act as a key user for Power BI, overseeing setup, reporting, and financial modeling for the monthly reporting process.
• Manage accounting-related processes, including cost and revenue allocation, provisions, discount calculations, and collections.

Stakeholder Engagement & Business Partnering

• Build strong relationships and establish trustwith key internal stakeholders, acting as the first point of contact for reporting-related matters.
• Ensure alignment between financial insights and business strategies by collaborating with relevant teams.

Preferred Minimum Qualifications

• BSc/MSc degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field
• Experience at least 5 years in accounting/finance, or 2-3 with similar daily tasks is preferred. Previous experience in healthcare industry and medical equipment/devices is a plus
• Advanced experience in accounting software, ERP systems, statistical packages & expert MS office skills (excel, pivot tables, power queries, etc)
• Experience in FP&A and financial modelling is a plus
• Knowledge of Power BI reporting experience, automations and ERP integration is a must.
• Proficient in Greek and English language
• Previous experience with Softone ERP will be highly appreciated.
• Working knowledge of accounting principles Greek GAAP and Management reporting.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and present financial data effectively.
