Recruitment Specialist

(Ref.code RECS26)    

As a Recruiter Specialist you will be responsible to implement effective talent acquisition programs, processes and solutions that will attract the right talent for the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Master’s degree in human resources or equivalent would be considered an asset.
  • Minimum of 3 - 4 years recruiting experience in a corporate recruiting role and/or in an agency/search firm role
  • Previous experience in recruiting health care roles
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability of deadlines’ attainment
  • Excellent communication skills and team spirit.

Tasks:

  • Manage the overall recruitment process (advertising, sourcing, interviewing), negotiate competitive offers and implement local onboarding programs.
  • Meet regularly with hiring managers, business leaders and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs, implement sourcing strategy, identify potential gaps in the process and suggest solutions for all issues evolving during the hiring process.
  • Monitor the costs of the recruitment process.
  • Develop new and innovative sourcing pipelines, partner with other stakeholders like universities/technical schools and participate in career events to increase candidate flow.
  • Oversee the student internship placement process
  • Use social media sites to promote the employer brand, post jobs and engage candidates.
  • Manage the overall candidate experience, guide hiring managers on the process and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Explore the market best practices in recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices.
