About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to establish analytics capabilities and frameworks across the organization. You will build and maintain data models working across Finance and Operation teams to enable data-driven decision-making company-wide. This role involves creating our single source of truth, implementing self-service analytics, and establishing data quality standards and governance frameworks. You will collaborate closely with finance to operations teams,  translating data with reporting to actionable insights that drive decisions and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Define and standardize core business metrics and KPIs across the organization, ensuring consistency and eliminating duplicate definitions
• Build and maintain centralized, governed reporting package
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand their analytical needs and translate them into scalable, reusable data models with applicable tools Pivot tables, SQL, Python etc.
• Support end-to-end the reporting package and provide dashboards to operating teams. Undertake budget and forecast reporting.
• Develop automations in databases for repetitive tasks.
• Champion data literacy initiatives and enable teams to become more self-sufficient with analytics.

Requirements

• An academic background in Data Science/Statistics/Analytics or related quantitative field, at least 2-3 years of experience as a data analyst.
• Expert-level SQL/ Ms Applications skills and strong proficiency with database tools for building and maintaining data models
• Strong Python skills for data analysis and demonstrated ability to establish analytics standards and frameworks in growing organizat
• Experience with business intelligence tools (Power BI or similar)
• Experience with AI adoption will be considered as a plus.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with ability to translate ambiguous business problems into well-defined analytical solutions

Requirements (nice to have)

• Prior experience working with healthcare data, medical device data, or similarly complex, regulated datasets.
• Experience with reporting packages and data analysis with complex cost centers.
• Artificial Intelligence familiarity.
• Solid experience with Power BI / Tableau and Excel
• Experience with application or database tools as SQL, MS applications/automations, Python, etc.
