Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (minimum 4 years, EU-recognised)

• English level B1 or higher

• Strong motivation to learn and reach Dutch level B2 (mandatory for integration and career progression)

• Professionalism, autonomy, and a strong commitment to patient- and resident-centred care
