Medical Sales Executive

Job Description

A well-established pharmaceutical company is seeking talented and passionate Medical Sales Executives to join its Gynaecology division.
In this role, you will contribute to the company’s growth by successfully promoting an innovative portfolio to healthcare professionals. You will manage your own territory and implement business plans that ensure the achievement of overall business objectives.
Your primary goal will be to increase awareness of the products and maximize sales growth.

Candidates must be based in one of the following areas:
Athens, Heraklion (Crete), Thessaloniki

Key Responsibilities

• Visit doctors and execute activities according to company priorities
  • Communicate product information and introduce new products
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure consistent messaging
  • Develop and maintain a weekly routing plan
  • Provide weekly, monthly, and annual activity/results reports
  • Monitor competition by gathering marketplace intelligence (pricing, launches, activities, etc.)
  • Contribute to team results through collaboration and initiative
  • Develop long-term professional relationships with HCPs, becoming a trusted reference in the therapeutic area

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experienceas a Medical Sales Representative (experience in Gynecology will be considered an asset)
  • University Degree in Life Sciences
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets
  • Positive attitude, agility, solution-focused mindset, and strong results orientation
  • Ability to build strong professional relationships and work effectively in a team
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong command of English
  • PC literacy (Windows, MS Office)
  • Valid driving license
