At MEDICAIR SA, one of the most reputable Greek pharmaceutical manufacturers, we are looking for a motivated and dynamic ERP & IT Support Specialist to join our team.

In this role, you will primarily support our Entersoft ERP and Aberon WMS systems, while also handling day-to-day IT support tasks.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands-on experience in ERP/WMS who also enjoys working on broader IT challenges.

📋 Responsibilities

ERP / WMS (Primary):

Provide day-to-day user support for Entersoft ERP and Aberon WMS
Troubleshoot functional and data issues, escalate to vendors if needed
Manage user accounts, permissions, and roles
Configure workflows, reports, and parameters with guidance from senior staff
Monitor system usage, data integrity, and process flows
Assist with new module rollouts and user training

IT Support (Secondary):

Install and configure software and hardware
Provide basic support for virtual environments using VMware ESXi
Manage user accounts and workstations
Monitor network and system performance (LAN/WLAN, printers)
Handle first-level issues with Microsoft 365 and emails
Support backups, security checks, and basic firewall tasks (e.g. Fortinet FortiGate)

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in IT support or business systems support
Hands-on experience with Entersoft ERP or Aberon WMS (preferably both)
Basic understanding of infrastructure: Microsoft 365, VMware ESXi, networking, and security
Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to grow toward ERP/WMS specialization over time
