Medapp Healthcare Technology - with a strong and dynamic presence in the medical technology field offering innovative high-tech products and services - is looking for a Clinical Sales & Application Specialist to provide sales support in laser applications for general surgery at assigned accounts.

As a clinical sales & application specialist you will:

· Mainly support vascular surgery and general surgery, preparing the equipment and guiding the doctors and nursing staff towards the correct use of the products.

· Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services and provide exceptional customer service and support.

· Act as a competent contact person and consultant for the medical management and medical staff.

· Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

· Conduct pre-sale product demonstrations / meetings - online, at conferences and in hospitals.

· Have daily communication with the Sales department regarding customer feedback, competition and submit a weekly report.

· Attend and actively participate in customer, company and industry sponsored events and meetings.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s Degree in Biomed Technology / Nursing sector or equivalent

· Medical device / surgical or similar work experience will be appreciated

· Excellent oral/written communication and strong interpersonal skills, with confidence,       consistency, integrity and tact

· Good command of the English language, both verbally and written

· Critical thinking and problem-solving attitude

· Highly organized, with the ability to multi-task

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Ability to travel occasionally to client meetings, event venues and industry conferences

· Driving license
