Position: Clinical Support Specialist for Robotic Surgery Department

About the position

Our team is growing we are looking for a highly motivated colleague to join our Company in the Robotic Surgery department, based in Thessalia or Thessaloniki. The role of Clinical Support Specialist involves clinical support for the Robotic Surgery portfolio and offers great further development within the Company.

Requirements

• Basic experience in providing clinical support for medical devices; operating room experience or a nursing background is a plus.
• University degree (medical background is a plus).
• Willingness to learn.
• Capacity to communicate effectively and the ability to work in a team, and strong interpersonal skills are necessary.
• Responsible for own work, well-organized, and familiar with working according to the procedures.
• Willingness to work in dynamic environment.
• Availability to travel.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Clean B driving license.

The Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and technical support to healthcare professionals in the OR in the region of Thessalia and Thessaloniki, regarding the utilization of the products (Robotics & Surgical).
• Develop and maintain strong relationships between the company and hospital physicians.
• Identify new partners and have regularly visits to them.
• Participate in congresses, conferences, and company events.
• Deliver precise and accurate information regarding the technical aspects of our technologies.
