As a Patient Coordinator, you will support Serbian-speaking patients throughout their ivf journey. This role involves managing all aspects of the patient experience — from initial contact to post-treatment follow-up — while ensuring smooth communication between patients and healthcare providers.
Requirements:

Fluency in Serbian and Greek (spoken and written)

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Experience in healthcare, customer service, or patient coordination preferred

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a liaison between Serbian-speaking patients and medical teams
