Role Description: Sales Specialist
Traumacare is seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Specialist to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the Athens Metropolitan Area. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting Traumacare's product portfolio, with a specific focus on the BBRAUN product line. You will interact directly with healthcare professionals and institutions to drive sales and provide exceptional service, playing a critical role in expanding our reach and fostering long-term partnerships within the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and manage the BBRAUN product portfolio, ensuring its effective positioning in the market.
- Conduct daily sales activities to achieve individual and team targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
- Provide product training and demonstrations to healthcare professionals to ensure optimal usage and satisfaction.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions from our range of medical supplies.
- Manage accounts and handle any issues to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of clients.
- Proven experience in sales and sales management, ideally within the healthcare or medical supplies industry.
- Familiarity with EOPYY processes and regulations.
- Experience in hospital sales, with a strong understanding of the unique demands and dynamics of working with healthcare institutions.
- Training skills and the ability to educate clients on product use and benefits.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a talent for building and maintaining professional relationships.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Solid knowledge of medical products and healthcare industry dynamics, particularly in relation to the BBRAUN product line.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field.
