SOFMEDICA is growing and we are looking for a highly motivated person to join our Sales team,based in Athens.The role involves clinical support, sales and marketing of medical devices in the Cardiovascular Care technology, building and maintaining strong business relationships with contacts at all levels of our clients’ organizations, particularly on a medical surgeon and staff level.

The Candidate Requirements

  • Experience in clinical support in medical devices and consumables business (especially in cardiovascular field).
  • Experience in sales.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel throughout the country and occasionally abroad.
  • Driving license.
  • Willingness to learn, and develop as a professional.
  • Dynamic and fast learning spirit, motivated, problem-solver.
  • Ability to work in a team.

The Responsibilities

  • Responsible for creating a pipeline in a designated area for the cardiovascular portfolio of the company and achieve sales according to the set targets and KPIs.
  • Clinical support to surgeons in the OR regarding the utilization of the products.
  • Training of Healthcare professionals.
  • Build and manage the relation between the Company and the physicians from the hospitals.
  • Prepare and deliver product presentations to potential users and decision makers.
  • Perform marketing activities for improving awareness on the benefits of the technology.
  • Prepare activities reports on a regular basis.
  • Work in close cooperation with the rest of the sales specialists.
  • Participation in preparing the relevant tender templates and documents and monitoring the tender process.
