Service Engineer

Our team is growing and we are looking for a highly motivated person to join our Company, as a Service Engineer, based in Athens.

Responsibilities:

• Perform all types of scheduled maintenance activities such as system inspections, preventive maintenance, software updates, field actions, and upgrades. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair company products and associated equipment.
• Coordinate and perform system and hardware delivery and installation - Competent in knowledge and implementation of O.R. protocol and HIPAA standards.
• Complete all administrative duties, which include but not limited to: Spare parts inventory, Field Activity Reports, Return Material Authorizations, Expense Reports etc. within the prescribed timeframes.
• Maintain all company provided items to include; issued tooling, calibrated tool sets, employee vehicle, laptops, and any other company owned or issued assets.
• Support team members as required to facilitate company objectives.
• Ability to Travel - 30% within Sofmedica Region to provide technical and sales support activities.
• Ad hoc tasks may be assigned by management within company region.
• Willing to work a flex shift or other type of shift as required by Sofmedica Management.
  
  

Requirements:

• 0-2 years of experience, preferably in Service field.
• Relevant University degree or equivalent training/experience is preferred.
• Proven track record of troubleshooting electro-mechanical systems.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• General Computer skills at MS365, CRM software knowledge, Network configuration experience.
• Strong administrative and record-keeping skills.
• Cat. B driving license.
• Ability to travel throughout the country and abroad.
• Responsibility, positive attitude, team spirit.
