Your responsibilities will include:

• Conduct detailed analyses of samples, including blood, tissue, and body fluids, using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques
• Provide accurate, timely, and clinically relevant diagnostic results
• Regularly review and maintain the quality of lab instruments, ensuring all equipment is calibrated and functioning optimally
• Work closely with other healthcare professionals, to discuss lab findings, recommend further tests, or clarify diagnostic details
• Ensure accurate data entry and management, maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to data protection regulations
• Adhere to and promote strict safety procedures and safety checks
• Offer consultations to physicians regarding the appropriate selection and utilization of tests
• Remain updated with the latest advancements in pathological diagnostics, ensuring the lab’s methodologies meet or exceed industry standards

What you will need:

• Medical Degree in Biopathology
• Professional license
• Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and methods
• Previous Experience in a relevant position at least 3 years
• Excellent communication skills in the Greek and English language
• Commitment to deliver high-quality patient care
