Marketing Operations Specialist & CRM Admin
We are excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for a Marketing Operations Specialist with a primary focus on CRM administration and digital marketing support to join our dynamic marketing team in Timac Agro | LYDA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in strengthening our marketing efforts tailored to the agricultural sector and ensuring seamless customer relationship management.
You will report directly to the Marketing Manager of the company.
Responsibilities:
CRM Administration:
Oversee and manage our Salesforce CRM system, ensuring accurate data entry, customization, and user support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize CRM workflows and enhance sales and marketing alignment.
Digital Marketing Support:
Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and content creation.
Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Promotional Material Assistance:
Aid in the coordination and development of promotional materials, including branded clothing, gifts, and other collateral.
Ensure timely procurement and distribution of promotional items.
Analytics and Reporting:
Track and analyze marketing metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports to measure campaign effectiveness.
