Product Manager

Position responsibilities:

• Design, development and management of energy services for residential & professional customers
• Monitoring the energy market based on the business and regulatory framework, but also on the competitors of the energy market
• Design and development of new energy services or revision of existing ones according to commercial, regulatory or management needs
• Preparation, revision, planning and implementation of marketing plans in order to achieve the budget objectives
• Placement of energy services on the market
• Monitoring and guidance of Sales / Customer based MGMT / Marketing Communication teams in order to properly execute the planned actions to achieve the commercial and financial goals of energy services
• Monitoring and guidance of customer care teams to properly support energy services and ensure the best experience for the consumer
• Drawing up specifications to Billing & IT for technical implementations concerning energy services
• Preparation of regular summary reports describing the results of commercial actions
• Special analysis and report on the services of his/her competence

Necessary qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in a relevant position, preferably in the Energy sector
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or any other related field
• Master’s degree will be considered an asset
• Experience in designing functional specifications and project management
• Excellent use of Microsoft Office (excel, power point)
• Fluency in English, both oral and written
• Strong presentation skills
• Strong decision-making skills and ability to take initiative
• Excellent organizational skills and result driven mentality
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong team spirit and collaboration
