Knowledge and skills:

• End-to-end responsibility in designing, implementing and measuring marketing campaigns (brand and product-led) as per the annual marketing plan
• Responsible for shaping, executing, and maintaining a robust digital presence in own, earned and bought media
• Develop and run the annual international events roadmap (sponsorships at industry events, customer roundtables, etc.)
• Manage digital/creative agency on day-to-day basis
• Build and manage relationships with partners and run co-branded marketing activities
• Drive a step change in insight and benefit-led messaging and story-telling; educate the business and work closely with key teams and stakeholders to achieve this
• Be an active brand ambassador with the responsibility to safeguard the execution of the brand in all touchpoints internally and externally
• Provide support on brand-related activities
• Provide support on corporate responsibility-related activities
• Manage resources efficiently to ensure maximum return on investment

Requirements:

• 8+ years of B2B marketing or agency experience running successful insight-led marketing campaigns (mainly digital)
• Digital savvy with proven experience in using performance tactics
• A solid understanding of brand strategy and value proposition with experience in building and growing successful brands internationally is a strong plus
• Proven skills in planning, organizing, prioritizing, and executing simultaneous projects
• A self-starter attitude that’s comfortable with constant change and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
• Results driven with attention to detail; proactive, can-do attitude, get stuff done autonomously
• A creative problem solver who can think things through analytically
• Great communication skills with a passion for building solid relationships
• Great at stakeholders management
