Trade Marketing Administration & Analysis Assistant (fixed-term)

for our Marketing Department

based in our headquarters in Kifissia

What you will be doing:

The Trade Marketing Administration & Analysis Assistant position reports to the Trade Marketing Manager and its main purpose is to provide administrative support on the implementation of Trade Marketing plan.

Detailed tasks specification:

• Support on SAP & PO creation related to Trade Marketing activities
• Coordination, implementation and checking of promotional activities / tailor made constructions
• Provide reports with respective analysis on Trade Marketing data and activities
• Provide timely and accurate information related to trade incentive
• Responsible for POS monitoring at warehouse, distribute appropriate material to all regions

What we are looking for:

• University degree in Business Administration/Marketing/Economics, MSc or MBA considers to be an asset
• Fluency in Greek/ English
• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other applications
• 1-2 years of experience in structured working environment. Trade Marketing/Marketing/Sales considers as an asset
• Analysis & Synthesis
• Dynamic and results oriented personality
• Team spirit
• Planning and organization
