Performance Marketing Executive – Cyprus, Greece or Remote

The position:

The main responsibilities of the position include:

• Design, implement and maintain adequate reporting to monitor the company’s operations and performance
• Analysis online user behaviour, conversion data, funnel analysis and multi-channel attribution
• Perform ROI analysis to evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of different digital marketing campaigns
• Support budgeting process and goal setting across key metrics, modelling the business impact of proposed changes
• Interpret trends to identify business and data improvement opportunities
• Deliver action-orientated insights and best practices to further optimizing the digital marketing strategy
• Conduct competitor analysis
• Maintain strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

Main requirements:

• BSc/MSc in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance or any other related field
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Experience in various platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, Firebase, Google Data Studio, Media Buying etc is a must
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong analytical & organisation skills with high attention to detail
• Eagerness to learn new tools and technologies
• Ability to work under pressure and engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
