Job purpose

The After Sales Marketing & Pricing Specialist purpose is to improve and sustain high level of Customer Loyalty of the owners of our Brands’ vehicles, throughout the lifecycle of their vehicle. To that end she/he introduces and promotes innovative services and value for money genuine parts & car care products to our customers, throughout the authorized Retailers network around Greece.  

Duties and responsibilities

She/he should be in position to

  • track and monitor the Automotive After sales performance and Customer Experience Market trends, in Greece and abroad.
  • act as market radar for the After Sales business of the brands within and outside the authorized network, collecting data, and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • structure and sustain pricing policy for genuine parts products across all product categories of After Sales, including service, repair, collision, and accessories business, in order to add value:
    a. to the customer with a competitive unique selling proposition,
    b.to the Authorized Retailer and Distributor by increasing business growth and providing sustainable gross profit margins
  • create, propose, and handle all ATL/BTL communication towards the customer, at all customer touchpoints of interaction with the Brand.
  • closely collaborate and liaise with Pan European Headquarters associates, in order to align, adopt & implement the Brand’s Strategy in the Greek Market.
  • organize and implement all respective Customer Satisfaction surveys and market research via 3rd party associates.  
  • sustain the routine of AFS reporting, providing a clear view of the business performance and trend for the respective business period of reference.

Qualifications

The job holder needs to meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, in the areas of business administration, marketing, mathematics or statistics science (a post graduate degree will be considered a plus)
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position in the automotive AFS industry or other Retail industry with a large number of product codes and different product categories.
  • Deep understanding of pricing rules and pricing methodologies
  • Digital Marketing literate
  • Analytical skills & ability to work and process large amount of data
  • Excellent command of Excel
  • Ability to present own job and reports using PowerPoint 
  • Ability to work under tight time schedule and deadlines
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Knowledge of the automotive parts business is considered a plus
