The organization:

Vector Brands, exclusive distributor for WD-40, Master Lock, HPX, Fiskars, Armor All, STP, Turtle Wax and other important Brands from the DIY & Home Improvement industry in Greece, is looking to develop its Marketing team .

We want to expand our team and we are currently looking for candidates for the position of Brand Marketing Manager who will be based in Athens.

Responsibilities:

• Communicates daily with external partners (advertising companies, media shops) to ensure the proper coordination and implementation of promotional activities.
• Works effectively with the on/off premise sales teams and ensure their engagement with brand plans and goals.
• Plans and ensures the successful execution of promotional activities for the categories of responsibility in all communication channels.
• Participates in the planning and implementation of 360 campaigns (communication platforms, media buying, promotional plans & big scale events).
• Monitors competition and uses consumer insights of global and local market trends to propose new ideas for the development of liability categories and support respective decision making.
• Works directly with global suppliers for the implementation of the common communication plan, with the aim to absorb the agreed financial budget.
• Comes up and proposes innovative ideas.

Requirements:

• University degree or equivalent, Master’s degree will be highly appreciated
• Min. 2 years of relevant experience in a marketing role
• Expert User of MS Office standard applications
• Strategic analytical thinking with a good commercial acumen
• Strong ability to work as part of a team, to prioritize and to be committed to results
• Numeracy skills & commercial awareness
• Proactivity and with high sense of responsibility
• Fulfilled military service (for men)
