Social Media Coordinator

As a Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and promoting the brand actions. You will be working closely with the Marketing department.

Responsibilities

• Research audience preferences and discover current trends
• Create engaging text, image and video content
• Manage and oversee social media content
• Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness
• Scheduling social media posts as per the requirements.
• Facilitate online conversations with customers and respond to queries
• Report on online reviews and feedback from customers and fans
• Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics
• Replay on online reviews and feedback from customers
• Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics
• Creating reports on performance and KPI.

Requirements

• BA in Marketing or similar relevant field would be plus
• Proven work experience as a Social media coordinator
• Expertise in multiple social media platforms
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
