Digital Marketing Supervisor (Hybrid)

Plan and overview all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
Set & design our social media presence
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize user experience
Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

In order to become the Digital Marketing Supervisor we are looking for, you should have:

Proven experience as Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role, of at least 3 years
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Experience with B2C social media & Google Adwords
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Skills and experience in creative content writing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
BSc/BA in marketing or relevant field
