Digital Marketing Supervisor (Hybrid)

In this Digital Marketing Supervisor role, you will have to:

  • Plan and overview all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Set & design our social media presence
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize user experience
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

Requirements

In order to become the Digital Marketing Supervisor we are looking for, you should have:

  • Proven experience as Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role, of at least 3 years
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience with B2C social media & Google Adwords
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Skills and experience in creative content writing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • BSc/BA in marketing or relevant field
