Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing Leadership
- Define and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with business growth objectives
- Position the company’s solutions effectively in the B2B technology and digital transformation landscape
- Lead go-to-market strategies for products and services
Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth
- Design and execute demand generation strategies targeting enterprise and public sector clients
- Build and optimize lead generation funnels (awareness → MQL → SQL → opportunity)
- Ensure alignment with Sales on pipeline targets and conversion performance
Brand Positioning & Thought Leadership
- Strengthen brand positioning in the market
- Develop high-impact content strategies (case studies, whitepapers, industry insights)
- Establish the company as a trusted partner in digital transformation projects
Digital Marketing & Performance Optimization
- Oversee all digital channels (SEO, SEM, paid campaigns, social, email)
- Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimize campaigns
- Leverage data and analytics to drive decision-making and ROI
Market Intelligence & Competitive Positioning
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior
- Identify growth opportunities and refine positioning strategies
- Support product differentiation and value proposition development
Cross-functional Alignment
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Delivery teams
- Support commercial proposals with strong messaging and positioning
- Ensure marketing contributes effectively to sales enablement
Team & Project Management
- Coordinate internal and external marketing resources (agencies, vendors)
- Manage marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources
- Drive execution discipline and accountability across initiatives
Success Metrics (KPIs)
- Contribution to sales pipeline (MQLs, SQLs, opportunities)
- Conversion rates across the funnel
- Campaign ROI and cost per lead
- Brand visibility and market positioning
- Revenue contribution influenced by marketing activities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s is a plus)
- 5+ years of experience in marketing roles, ideally in B2B tech / software / digital solutions
- Proven experience in demand generation and pipeline development
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics
- Experience working closely with Sales teams in a B2B environment
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in public sector projects or enterprise clients
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce)
