Digital Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Assistant to support the execution and day-to-day management of our digital marketing activities across the Group’s portfolio. The role will focus on campaign support, reporting, and operational coordination, contributing to the effectiveness and consistency of our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Execution Support

• Assist in the setup and implementation of digital campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
• Upload and manage campaign assets, ensuring accuracy and alignment with campaign requirements
• Perform quality checks before and during campaign launches

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Monitor campaign performance on a daily basis and highlight any irregularities or optimization opportunities
• Prepare recurring reports and support the analysis of campaign performance
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of reported data

Collaboration & Content Coordination

• Work closely with the Copywriter and Art Director to support the development of cohesive and effective marketing campaigns
• Ensure alignment between campaign requirements and delivered creative assets across channels

Operational & Coordination Support

• Maintain internal documentation and campaign structures
• Support coordination between Digital Marketing, other internal teams, and external collaborators

Necessary qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Basic understanding of paid media platforms (Google Ads and/or Meta Ads)
• Knowledge of Social Media Marketing and social media management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools
• Very good knowledge of the English language (both written and spoken)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured and timely manner

Desired qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field, ideally within the hospitality or tourism sector
• Familiarity with Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics
