Digital Marketing Technical Specialist

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Technical Specialist to support the technical foundation of our digital marketing activities with a strong focus on Technical SEO/GEO, tracking, and website performance.

 The role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of data, the reliability of tracking, and the overall health and performance of our digital platforms, enabling effective optimization and informed decision-making. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of our digital ecosystem, ensuring that systems, tools, and platforms operate efficiently and support performance growth across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical SEO / GEO

• Support the implementation and ongoing optimization of Technical SEO and GEO initiatives
• Monitor website health, indexation, crawlability, and overall search performance
• Support structured data implementation and ensure consistency across search and entity signals
• Identify and resolve technical issues impacting organic visibility

Tracking & Analytics

• Implement and maintain tracking through tag management systems
• Configure and validate events within analytics platforms
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking and data consistency across all digital channels
• Identify and resolve tracking or attribution issues

Campaign Technical Support

• Support campaign implementation from a technical perspective, including tracking setup, validation, and data integrity
• Ensure correct data flow between platforms and reporting systems

Website Performance & Optimization

• Manage website updates and support UX and conversion-focused improvements
• Perform minor front-end adjustments (content updates, layout fixes, basic styling)
• Monitor website performance and troubleshoot technical issues

Data & Reporting Support

• Support the development and maintenance of reporting dashboards
• Monitor data accuracy and identify discrepancies across platforms

Marketing Technology & Integrations

• Support the implementation and maintenance of marketing tools and integrations
• Manage tracking scripts, pixels, and platform connections
• Ensure systems operate efficiently across the digital ecosystem

Optimization Support

• Identify technical and data-driven opportunities to support continuous optimization of website performance, user journeys, and digital channels

Necessary qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in a digital marketing, analytics, or web-related technical role
• Hands-on experience with tag management systems and web analytics platforms (e.g., GTM, GA4 or similar)
• Experience working with website structures and managing technical updates
• Good understanding of Technical SEO principles (indexation, crawlability, site structure, performance)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of how digital marketing platforms, tracking, and data flows interact

Desired qualifications:

• Basic front-end knowledge (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript) for minor website adjustments
• Experience with SEO tools (e.g., Search Console, crawling tools, or similar)
• Familiarity with reporting/dashboard tools (e.g., Looker Studio or similar)
• Experience working with third-party platforms (e.g., booking engines, affiliate platforms, or similar environments)
• Exposure to marketing technology tools and integrations
