Key Responsibilities – New Product Development (70%)

• Lead development of new pharmaceutical/dermocosmetic products from concept to launch
• Collaborate with R&D, regulatory, suppliers, and packaging teams
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and product claims
• Manage timelines and coordinate cross-functional teams
• Analyze market trends, medical insights, and competition
• Contribute to product strategy and portfolio development
• Support go-to-market planning and product positioning
• Participate in sales forecasting and product potential estimation

Key Responsibilities – Marketing (30%)

• Support marketing plans and omnichannel campaigns
• Develop scientific and promotional materials for healthcare professionals and pharmacies
• Collaborate with agencies and external partners
• Monitor KPIs and campaign performance
• Support sales force and pharmacy network initiatives
• Participate in sales meetings ensuring alignment with commercial strategy
• Prepare presentations for internal stakeholders and management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in pharma, dermocosmetics or FMCG
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical/healthcare market dynamics
• Experience in product launches and lifecycle management
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Fluency in Greek & English
• Proficiency in MS Office
