Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual and campaign-based marketing plans
• Lead and manage new product launches from concept to market
• Create and deliver marketing briefs for creative assets
• Monitor market trends and competition
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners
• Oversee marketing materials (online & offline)
• Support pharmacy channel activations and sales teams
• Plan and execute digital marketing & social media activities
• Track performance and analyze KPIs
• Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders
• Participate in events and brand activations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience in dermocosmetics / pharmacy channel / FMCG
• Experience with product launches and marketing planning
• Excellent English skills
