Gant Junior Product Manager (Notos Com Group - Apparel Division)

Summary Description:

This position is responsible for searching out, gathering, handling and prioritizing product related requirements focusing on supporting the product lifecycle. It involves working with various departments to help attract and retain new clients as well as adapt, product-wise, what the brand offers to customers. The ideal candidate combines analytical thinking with strong aesthetic sensibility and a deep interest in fashion trends, consumer behavior, and retail performance.

Functions:

• Product Management
• Wholesale

Responsibilities:

• Conduct competitive benchmarking and trend research.
• Optimize the customer's path to purchase.
• Develop & maintain all price catalogues.
• Manage the order completion process from booking orders to informing all relative parties internal & external.
• Sales enablement – communicate all new product information to WHS managers and customers.
• Prepare all relative pricelists.
• Handling of ERP & U2 systems.
• Ensure proper coordination and implementation of processes, to raise potential issues or conflicts for resolution. Track and meet timetable & local deadline dates.
• Effectively handle daily ad-hoc issues on a timely manner.
• Wholesale sampling process support.
• CRM management (loyalty program & database).

 Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum three (2) years’ experience/knowledge in product management.
• Confident User of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Communication, Analytical & Prioritization Skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Have a good understanding of product management concepts, marketing strategies, customer needs, and metrics.
• Team player.
