Job Description

A Brand Activator position at Elgeka actively participates in the implementation of Principal’s annual plan, by coordinating, analyzing and evaluating campaigns, by monitoring competition and market trends and by cascading information fast and accurately. The Brand Activator plays a vital role in brand handling and growth. The Brand Activator reports to a Principals Manager.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Regular communication with the Principals in order to receive marketing deliverables, commercial guidelines and timeframes; subsequent information cascading to internal stakeholders
  • Product and SKU details management; proper gathering and delivery of technical specifications and effective codification of all new, regular or promo, items.
  • Active assistance to his/her Manager in order to build, monitor and evaluate activation plans for Principals’ Brands, including – where applicable – online or offline Brand Building Activities.
  • Contribution to preparation of Brand commercial presentations.
  • Monitoring and facilitating promotional initiatives, always adhering to agreed deadlines.
  • Maintenance of key Company informational platforms.
  • Active participation in internal, cross-functional, and external meetings with Principals and Customers; accurate minute taking

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.

    b. Level of Education
  • University degree in Marketing or Business Administration

    c. Working Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar position (preferably in FMCGs)

Additional Qualifications

  • Digital and social media familiarity and understanding of analytics
  • Knowledge and handling of promotional activities databases (such as PanMedia), Audit Market Data (such as Nielsen IQ or Circana), and advanced data visualization & management information tools (such as Power BI or Tableau), will be considered a strong plus.
