The opportunity

As a Promo & Price Marketing Specialist, you will play an important role in contributing to the success of our promotional & pricing campaigns through effective use of 360 communication. You will be responsible for creating and overseeing compelling promotional content, ensuring it aligns with our overall pricing and promotional strategies.

This role requires a strong understanding of both consumer behavior and media dynamics, with a focus on delivering impactful promo marketing material that drive sales and customer engagement.

What you will focus on

• Participate in all stages of planning, creation of the corporate promotional materials for all AB stores coordinating the process of leaflet (digital & print) working closely with Commercial teams.
• Develop and oversee TV promotional content and campaigns, ensuring they align with AB's pricing strategies and promotional calendar.
• Collaborate with internal teams & external partners, including marketing, commerce, agencies to create impactful promotional messaging for TV broadcasts and digital platforms.
• Ensure the accurate execution of promotional campaigns, coordinating with the media and production teams to guarantee that TV ads and digital content are delivered on time and within budget.
• Work closely with the trade team to ensure that promotions are accurately communicated and that pricing reflects the overall promotional strategy across all channels.
• Monitor competition marketing promo communication & assets.
• Stay up to date on the latest trends in TV advertising, and promotional strategies within the supermarket and retail sector.
• Support budget management, tracking costs and ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

Who we are looking for

• BSc in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or any relevant field. MSc would be considered an asset.
• 3 to 4 years working experience, in relevant industry or agency, especially in Μarketing/Trade Marketing in FMCG or agencies. Retail knowledge would be considered an asset
• Fluency in English language, both written & verbal
• MS Office literacy
