A large and fast-growing fashion company is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join its team. The ideal candidate will contribute to the growth of the brand’s digital presence by executing data-driven campaigns across multiple channels. Through content creation, performance marketing, CRM activities, and data analysis, the role aims to enhance online visibility, increase customer engagement, and support the company’s commercial objectives.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing Digital Marketing best practices across all channels
• Designing and creating fashion-forward content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, etc., based on the Marketing Calendar and the brand’s priorities and commercial direction
• Collaborating with the Graphic Design team and Marketing team members to produce engaging content
• Planning and executing Email & CRM campaigns (newsletters, automations)
• Analyzing data from GA4, Meta Insights, and Shopify to extract actionable insights that improve overall strategy
• Managing the Influencer Marketing strategy and relationships with creators and fashion ambassadors (including product seeding/gifting & UGC processes)
• Ensuring brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
• Working closely with cross-functional teams (Retail, Wholesale, E-commerce) to deliver integrated digital marketing initiatives
• Monitoring fashion trends, digital trends, and industry’s best practices, integrating them into the brand’s strategy
• Participating in ad hoc marketing projects and support Media, PR, and corporate events as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, ideally within a fashion, retail, or lifestyle brand
• Excellent knowledge of social media marketing and email/CRM marketing
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, TikTok Ads, and SEO
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to extract performance-driven insights
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project-management skills
• Creativity, strong aesthetic sense, and understanding of fashion trends & consumer behavior
• Strong team spirit and ability to build solid relationships with external partners
• Excellent command of Greek and English
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and commercially driven environment
• Ability to work well in a team environment and present a professional demeanor
